More Than Bodies is a holistic online coaching business dedicated to helping women improve their health, fitness, nutrition, and mindset through sustainable, evidence-based coaching.Founded by Teagan Gatt, More Than Bodies was created for women who are ready to stop settling for feeling "fine" and start striving for their full potential. It's for the women who have been told that everything looks normal on paper, yet still don't feel energised, confident, healthy, or truly themselves.We understand that women's health is complex and that no two journeys look the same. We support women through every stage of life, including those seeking to optimise their health and hormones, navigate fertility and conception, move through pregnancy and motherhood, manage perimenopause, or live with conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, and PCOS.More Than Bodies was built from lived experience. Teagan has experienced life in many different bodies — a smaller body, a larger body, an undernourished body, and a body impacted by chronic endometriosis pain. Through education, training, nutrition, and lifestyle change, she has built a strong, healthy body while learning to manage a condition that currently has no cure.This experience shaped the philosophy behind More Than Bodies: health is about so much more than appearance. It is about building strength, confidence, resilience, and sustainable habits that allow you to feel your best for life.Because you are more than a number on the scales. You are More Than Bodies.

Through personalised coaching, education, and support, I help women create lasting change that fits their lifestyle and goals.I thought constant medical appointments, poor mental health and confidence, hormonal symptoms and debilitating daily pain was just going to be my life. I had accepted it as "just part of being a woman". Then I found relief through nutrition and movement, and it saved me and I want to give that back to other women who are going through what I was"

Do I need a gym membership?No. Programs can be adapted to home or gym training.
Do you provide meal plans?We have a library of meal plan ideas for our clients to refer to, but our clients do not follow strict meal plans. We focus on personalised nutrition guidance, education and empowerment to help you make sustainable choices.
Is this suitable for beginners?Absolutely! We are here to guide you every step of the way. MTB Coaching is suitable for all levels.
Is there a minimum commitment?Yes, both the Signature and Momentum Packages have a 12-week minimum commitment, unless agreed otherwise. Sustainable change takes time.
Do you coach women with PCOS or endometriosis?Yes, support can be tailored to your individual circumstances and goals.
I'm not sure which package is suited to me.Contact us or take our 1 minute survey to see which option may be best suited to you. The Signature Package is typically best for new clients or those wanting extra support and accountability. The Momentum Package is designed for those who have their foundations in place. Regardless of what you choose, we want you to succeed and will be there every step of the way.
